What was the highlight of Studio in mivesa
not a place to spend your holiday
The location, close to supermarket, mall and couple of restaurants and you see everyday life of the Filipino's. Big fridge !
Cold shower, but maybe this is normal in the Philipines. There is a construction of a big new building right next to the studio ! They kept working from early morning till late at night (22pm) and one night even didn't stop !! As the aircon isn't attached to the wall but fixed in a (too) big hole in the wall and they just put some styrofoam in the open space between wall and aircon you actually felt like sleeping on the constructionwharf. The constant irritating noise gave me a terrible headache and the worst night sleep ever. Not a way to want to spend your holiday. We intended to relax at the pool before starting our long trip in the Philipines but because of the noise and the lack of sunloungers (2 for the whole building) and having to pay for the use of it we fled to another place to relax ! The duvet has no cover on it , which we thought very unhygienic as there weren't sheets either. There was only 1 roll of toiletpaper which was insufficient for 4 days , there are no knives, no sponge or cloth to do the dishes or clean the table, lack of cookingtools etc. One of the towels didn't smell fresh and had yellow spots on it ??? We couldn't open the curtains because then the buildingworkers were looking right into our room. There was a big layer of scale in the kettle.

What was the highlight of Studio in mivesa
It's a night mare, gosh, terrible.
There was nothing to be happy in that place, it sucks, if there is a score I will give that place - 0.
There is no cabinet to put or hang your clothes, no hot shower, no shower curtain, the floor of the bathroom is slippery when wet, only two outlets are available and it's in the kitchen counter only( how can I work, standing all night), bedside lamp with no outlet to plug(4 display only), dust from the construction site and constant pounding, transportation is very hard( riding in tandem are aplenty, bike drivers has no license or insurance), there are no place to eat nearby, the place is smack in the middle of construction sites and squatters, just a few, in other words You are on your own, and good luck.

My stay was wonderful! The security manning the property was very helpful and accommodating.
The location was very near the city center. Well maintained gated community.
Could have been better if the unit has: 1. Water heater. Water very cold at night 2. Mirror 3. Bidet
